I am an accountant by training and experience specializing on IT services for diverse businesses through OpenSource, Inc. and Digital Steer IT Solutions. My experience has gone silently for about 20++ years. As of this writing, we have supported several business owners in the quick service industry, health care industry, restaurant industry, business process outsource, etc. There is anticipation for this blog and the business to go hand-in-hand because there's so much thought going on concerning a mature service industry that's got immense challenges of helping business face their respective arena.
